Nelly Page Magwaza is the author of several self-published books, including Dear Khethelo, The Beloved Mashenge, and Can We Get Married? She hails from Mandeni in KwaZulu-Natal. Nelly has been an active blogger for six years while pursuing her Psychology studies. Her writing explores mental health issues and confronts various cultural behaviours within the rural Black community. When she’s not penning her humour-laced stories or working on school assignments, she’s doing what many young women are doing instead of job hunting, building a presence as a social media influencer.
