Muzi Sikhakhane SC is a practicing advocate, Senior Counsel, and occasional Acting Judge. A lifelong activist, he has held leadership roles in student politics and anti-apartheid organisations and has represented clients in high-profile cases that have shaped South Africa’s legal landscape. He was the inaugural chairperson of the Pan African Bar Association of South Africa (PABASA) and was recently re-elected to the role.
