Moshitadi Lehlomela

Moshitadi Lehlomela is a Mother Wound recovery coach, writer, speaker, and entrepreneur whose work is dedicated to helping women heal from the deep emotional pain of maternal neglect, abandonment, or abuse. Through her coaching practice, she creates healing tools and safe spaces for Mother Wound survivors around the world to process their experiences and reclaim their sense of self-worth. Moshitadi channels her voice into transformative writing, including her best-selling memoir, The Girl Who Survived Her Mother, which explores the painful dynamics of her relationship with her mother, the psychological impact of that experience, and her journey to healing. Her recently published book, Healing the Mother Wound, is a powerful guide that offers a revolutionary approach to recovery, moving beyond blame to embrace radical self-compassion and conscious re-parenting.

"When we read we are able to travel to many places, meet many people and understand the world. We can also learn how to deal with problems we are having by learning from the lessons of the past."
